No we never add a markup to materials. We charge only for our labour. Every material we purchase on your behalf is supplied at our trade price, and we provide you with copies of all supplier invoices and receipts so you can see exactly what was paid. This is one of the things that sets us apart from many contractors, and it's a commitment we make on every project without exception.

Yes. FurniLand Ltd carries full Public Liability Insurance. This protects your home and your property throughout the entire renovation process. You can request a copy of our insurance certificate at any time we're happy to provide it before any work begins.

Every FurniLand project has a dedicated WhatsApp group from day one, which includes you and every member of our team working on your home. Each working day you'll receive an update including what was completed, what's happening tomorrow, and any items that need your approval or decision. You'll never need to chase us for information. You'll always know exactly what's happening in your home.

Our core team are long-term FurniLand employees who work together on every project. For highly specialised trades such as gas engineers or structural engineers we work with a small, trusted group of specialists we've collaborated with for years. We don't use constantly changing subcontractors. The people who start your project are the people who finish it.

Timescales vary depending on the complexity of the project. A standard kitchen installation typically takes 1–2 weeks. A full bathroom renovation is usually 1–2 weeks. For complete refurbishments or larger projects involving multiple rooms, we'll provide a realistic timeline as part of your quotation. We never give unrealistic timeframes to win work and we keep to the schedules we commit to.

We can handle all material sourcing on your behalf and because we purchase through trade accounts, you'll often save money compared to buying retail. If you'd prefer to source your own units, tiles or fixtures, that's absolutely fine too. We're flexible and will work with whatever you choose. We'll always advise on quality and suitability where relevant.

We offer full project management and can coordinate every aspect of your renovation, including specialist trades like plumbing, electrical, plastering and tiling. You deal with one point of contact throughout us and we handle everything else. This is one of the most valued parts of what we do, as it removes the stress and confusion of managing multiple contractors.

Always. We treat every home we work in with the same care and respect we'd expect for our own. That means protecting existing floors and surfaces, keeping the site organised, clearing debris daily, and leaving the space as clean as we found it at the end of each working day. Respect for your home isn't a policy for us it's just the right way to work.

We don't consider a project complete until you are completely satisfied. Before final handover, we carry out a detailed inspection alongside you. Any snagging items are addressed before we close the project. Our promise is simple: we won't consider the job done until you're happy with every detail of the result. In the unlikely event that something isn't right, we will return and fix it no argument, no delay.
