Transparent Quotation
We provide a detailed, itemised quotation that separates our labour costs from your material costs. You'll see exactly what you're paying for at every stage. There are no hidden fees, no vague line items, and no surprises. If you choose to proceed, you'll have complete financial clarity from day one.
Planning
Once agreed, we schedule your project, plan the sequence of works and identify any specialist trades required. We confirm your start date, provide a realistic timeline and outline any decisions you'll need to make during the build. Good planning is the foundation of every project that runs on time and on budget.
Dedicated WhatsApp Project Group
Every FurniLand project has its own WhatsApp group from day one, including you and every member of our team working on your home. This means you can ask questions, share ideas, approve decisions and receive updates in real time whether you're in the next room or on the other side of the world. Nothing happens without your knowledge.
Material Ordering
We source all your materials through our trade accounts, passing our discounts and supplier relationships directly to you. You receive copies of every supplier invoice and receipt so you know exactly what materials cost and can confirm there's no markup on top. We order correctly the first time to avoid delays.
Construction
Our team arrives on time, every day. We keep the site organised, protect your existing finishes and treat your home with the same care we'd want for our own. We don't rush, we don't take shortcuts, and we never compromise quality to meet a deadline. When precision is required, we take the time to get it right.
Daily Progress Updates
Every working day, you'll receive an update via your WhatsApp group: what was completed today, what's happening tomorrow, and anything that requires your input or decision. You'll never have to chase us for information, and you'll never be left wondering what's happening in your own home.
Final Handover
When construction is complete, we carry out a thorough final inspection alongside you. Any minor snagging is addressed before we consider the project closed. We don't consider the job done until you are completely satisfied with every detail. Only then is your project officially handed over and our job complete.
